H&L Wheel Refurbishment is a division of H&L Motors a 3rd generation family business that celebrated its 70th year in 2023. We take pride in our dedication to customer satisfaction and strive for excellence in every aspect of our work.
We take care of some of the most prestigious car brands in the world, but as a growing family-run business, we also take care of our staff with good conditions and regular training.
We are looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our dedicated team based in Esher Surrey.
As a Tyre Fitter, you will play an essential role in our operations. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, replacing, repairing, and balancing tyres with precision and care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance. We’re looking for a self-motivated and hardworking team player with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
In this role, you will work full time Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm and benefit from:

Key Responsibilities
• Remove, fit, and repair tyres on a wide range of vehicles.
• Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and safety compliance.
• Perform wheel balancing and alignment checks.
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar role, with extensive knowledge of tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and alignment equipment
• Full clean UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to be a team player, under pressure.
• Positive and professional attitude
• Flexibility to support the wider team when required.
