Crynodeb
You will be expected to have well developed interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with other staff within wider services where service users are linked in. You will seek to establish and maintain useful communication with relevant carers/family /friends negotiating appropriate levels of involvement through agreement with the service and remaining sensitive to the particular needs of the individual and his/her carers. The successful candidate will receive regular professional supervision from senior occupational therapists. Learning and development needs will be identified through the appraisal process and there will be a wide range of other learning opportunities available through LSCFT and ELHT training offers and best practice forums
