Are you a Senior Systems Analyst with a passion for ERP evolution?
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Applications & Systems Analyst to take the lead in managing and evolving our core business systems across all EMEAA locations. Based at our flagship i54 site in Wolverhampton, you will be the driving force behind the digital transformation of our ERP and reporting platforms.
This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical mastery in SQL, Power BI, and Embedded JavaScript (EJS) with the strategic mindset to lead large-scale implementations.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- ERP Leadership: Lead the daily support and continuous improvement of EMEAA ERP Systems, including EFACS8, Sage 300, and Sage 200.
- Technical Architecture: Contribute to complex end-to-end architecture designs, integration requirements, and technical specifications.
- Strategic POCs: Manage Proof of Concept (POC) activities, software evaluations, and vendor selections to ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge.
- Data & BI Evolution: Develop sophisticated reporting solutions using Power BI, SSRS, and SQL to provide actionable business intelligence.
- Project Governance: Manage the full project lifecycle, from risk analysis and mitigation to defining scope and objectives for major international initiatives.
What You Will Bring -Senior Applications & Systems Analyst (ERP, SQL, EJS)
- Technical Expert: Advanced programming experience with a focus on SQL, Embedded JavaScript (EJS), XML, and SSRS.
- BI Specialist: Hands-on experience building complex data models and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
- ERP Veteran: Proven track record of leading small to large-scale ERP implementations across multiple geographies (EFACS/Sage experience is a major plus).
- Education: Degree educated in Computer Science, Business Data Processing, or a related field.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to act as a credible voice between IT and business stakeholders, translating complex needs into operational requirements.
- Agile Mindset: Experience with Jira or ServiceNow in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
