Summary
Temporary HR Administrator – Grounds Maintenance
Location: Rishton
Duration: 16-week temporary assignment
Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour (PAYE)
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator to support a busy grounds maintenance business based in Rishton. This is a 16-week temporary role, ideal for an organised and detail-driven administrator with HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the HR function with day-to-day administrative tasks
Processing new starters, leavers, and employee records
Maintaining accurate HR files and systems
Assisting with absence tracking and basic payroll data preparation
Supporting managers with HR queries and documentation
General office administration as required
Requirements:
Previous HR administration or strong office administration experience
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
