Strategic Leadership: Driving the educational vision and ensuring the highest standards of EYFS delivery.
Team Development: Mentoring and inspiring a team of practitioners to reach their full potential.
Compliance & Safety: Serving as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and ensuring total OFSTED readiness.
Business Growth: Managing occupancy levels, budgets, and building strong, lasting relationships with parents and the local community.
Operational Excellence: Overseeing the day-to-day smooth running of the nursery, from health and safety to resource management.
Requirements: The Perfect Fit
Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare (Level 5 or a Degree in Early Years/Management is highly desirable).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Senior Management or Nursery Manager role within a PVI setting.
Track Record: A proven history of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' OFSTED outcomes.
Skills: Exceptional communication, a deep understanding of the current EYFS framework, and strong financial acumen.
Vision: A genuine "children-first" philosophy coupled with the professional drive to run a successful business.
Benefits: Why Join This Setting?
Stability: Lead a well-established nursery with a loyal parent base and an experienced team.
Autonomy: The freedom to implement your ideas and "steer" the direction of the setting.
Financial Reward: A competitive salary package.
Professional Growth: Access to ongoing leadership training and career development opportunities.
Support: Direct support from an engaged and professional ownership team.
