Details on the role:
- Temporary assignment until 1st April 2026
- Hybrid working ( 1 day per week in the office)
- 35 hours per week ( 0800-1600 or 0900-1700)
- £18.00 per hour
Main Accountability's:
Manage complaints in line with agreed policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed with high-quality verbal and written communication. Work collaboratively with other colleagues at all levels, to achieve the right outcome.
