Summary


An exciting opportunity has come up on Ward 34 to be Deputy Ward Leader.! We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of patient care and is ready to take on a leadership role within our team.

As the Deputy Ward Leader, your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of top-quality patient care, contributing to personal actions and fostering continuous improvement. In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Ward Leader, acting as their right-hand person. You will regularly assume responsibility for the ward, ensuring that both the quality of care provided to patients and the environment in which care is delivered are maintained to the highest standards.
