We are working with a highly regarded primary school in Newport, Gwent, who is seeking dedicated and experienced Primary SEN Teaching Assistants. - Monitoring and documenting the progress of students, providing regular feedback to the SENCO and class teachers

- Offering emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to develop coping strategies and build resilience
- Maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment that enables students to thrive
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in supporting students with special educational needs

- Significant experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, in an educational or care setting
- A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs and the strategies and interventions that can effectively support their learning and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
