Complex Care Professionals are recruiting for a Health Care Assistant to support with visiting people within their own homes providing complex care.
The role will have the following responsibilities but not limited to:
- Enabling people to maintain independence and confidence within their own homes
- Support with everyday activities e.g. medication management, personal hygiene
- Providing feeding support including preparing meals and snacks
- Assist with moving and handling using appropriate equipment
- Monitor, record, and report any changes promptly.
- Companionship - communicating effectively with people in their homes
- Overnight support
We require at least 6 months work experience in a care role. A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.
