We believe this role of Chief Executive at North Middlesex University Hospital and community services is a special role offering a generational opportunity to impacthealth carefor our communities. Providing both acute and community services, North Mid is an anchor organisation, embedded in its community and committed to delivering the highest standards of care. The new Chief Executive will galvanise the workforce, partners and the community to drive the development of services. North Mid is the identified Integrator in partnership with the GP Federation for the development of neighbourhood services in the borough of Enfield. The successful candidate will also lead the delivery of children’s services across the entirety of the group, working incollaboration with our partners to deliver the best start in life for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
¡ Lead the strategic and operational day to day activities of North Mid and its services, ensuring they are run effectively and to budget;
¡ Develop and mentor a cohesive site leadership team, who are visible across North Mid, driving a supportive and inclusive culture of accountability and improvement;
¡ Take a Place based leadership role in developing and nurturing external stakeholder relationships with local healthcare and social care providers, local authorities and the ICS strengthening collaborative working to improve patient outcomes and experience;
¡ Ensure the North Mid site complies with all quality, governance and statutory requirements;
¡ Meaningfully contribute at group Board to drive improvements and efficiency and deliver on the group’s strategic objectives.
