JOB PURPOSE:
To deliver high quality, consistent and professional cleaning service for our customer and our colleagues. At City FM we are passionate about service delivery, and we put the customer at the heart of everything we do. As a City Ace you will be an integral part of ensuring we deliver outstanding service for our customer day in day out.
You will be working in a range of different environments including offices, colleague areas and warehouses using a range of industry leading cleaning equipment and machinery. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out day to day cleaning duties in line with the cleaning specification.
Complete daily tasks to ensure the delivery of expected standards within your specified cleaning duties.
Working with a range of cleaning machinery, equipment and chemicals in line with company procedures.
Maintaining your area of work to the highest standard.
Maintain stocks of cleaning materials, order from management where required and to control the use of materials ensuring the cleaning cupboard is kept tidy at all times.
Replenishing consumables.
Following a colour coding process to minimise risk of cross-contamination.
Ensure that all company equipment is maintained to a high standard.
Deliver a high standard of customer service.
To carry out any other duties as directed by management to support the needs of the business.
Adhere at all times to all ASDA & City Health and Safety Rules & Regulations.
Ensuring a safe and clean working environment for all colleagues.
