The Opportunity
Are you looking to kickstart your career in a professional office environment? We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Administrator to join our growing team in Dundee. This is a "ground-floor" opportunity where you will learn the ropes of business operations, from document management to client relations.
Your Day-to-Day
• Reception Duties: Being the first point of contact—greeting visitors and answering phone inquiries professionally.
• Data Entry: Keeping our databases and spreadsheets up to date with high accuracy.
• Mail & Logistics: Handling incoming/outgoing post and managing office supplies.
• Meeting Support: Preparing meeting rooms and taking basic minutes when required.
• Document Care: Scanning, filing, and organizing digital and physical records.
What You Bring to the Table
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English. You should be comfortable chatting with people at all levels.
• Organization: A knack for staying tidy and managing your own "To-Do" list.
• Attitude: You are proactive, eager to learn, and don't mind "mucking in" to help the team.
• Local Knowledge: Being based in or near Dundee with a reliable way to get to the office.
