Summary
As the AOM, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, key stakeholders and wider services. You will work alongside the band 8 Service manager, the nursing team leads, the matrons and CGM as well as the clinical lead to identify areas for growth and development, to establish, develop and support pathway development within the department whilst continuing to ensure the effective capacity utilisation of the department day to day supporting the wider clinical and admin teams. You will work alongside the teams to support delivery of wider departmental operational plans to help take the service forward as a team. What we are looking for: The successful candidate will need to have clear experience in an operations role preferably an established background of Endoscopy or similar wide MDT style service. You will be an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated person who aspires to deliver high standards of care and supporting others in their development. You will need to have an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills. Good IT skills, telephone skills and the ability to project manage and problem solve to are also vital.
