Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their commercial vehicle requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Promote and sell a comprehensive range of franchise trucks and commercial vehicles
- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial enquiry to final delivery
- Foster and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop markets within the franchise truck sector
- Provide exemplary after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Proven experience in truck or commercial vehicle sales, ideally within a franchise dealership setting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused attitude
- Target-driven mentality with a keen desire to succeed and exceed sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the large commercial vehicle market
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to undertake relevant travel as needed
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
