Social Care & Education are looking for dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our expanding team in Long Eaton. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex mental health needs.
The Role
• Supporting adults with mental health needs to live fulfilling and independent lives
• Providing emotional support and promoting positive wellbeing
• Assisting with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and routine support
• Encouraging community involvement, activities, and social engagement
• Maintaining accurate records and following individual support plans
• Contributing to a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a Support Worker
• PMVA or CPI training
• UK-based experience supporting adults with mental health needs
• Compassionate, resilient, and reliable
• Confident communicator and strong team player
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
