About the Role
This is more than a classroom support role — it’s a chance to help shape brighter futures every day. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils with a range of needs, helping them grow in confidence, achieve their potential, and discover new possibilities in a nurturing and inspiring environment.
You’ll support teachers in planning and delivering lessons, prepare learning materials, and provide one-to-one and small-group support. You’ll also help pupils develop resilience, independence, and emotional wellbeing — celebrating successes and guiding them through challenges.
No two days are ever the same. Whether supporting in class, leading outdoor learning, or helping pupils explore the world around them, you’ll make a lasting difference. With a supportive, close-knit team behind you, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn, develop, and grow.

We’re seeking someone caring, flexible, and enthusiastic — confident working both indoors and outdoors, able to adapt to the needs of individual pupils, and ready to model the school’s values of patience, kindness, and teamwork.

Supporting learning, behaviour, and social development effectively
Flexibility to work across classrooms, outdoor learning, and other activities
