Warehouse Operatives Wanted!
Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17 area).
Salary: Competitive + Overtime Opportunities.
Hours: Full time
Contract Type: Long-term on-going agency work with the potential to become permanent.
Fixed Afternoon Details
- Monday-Friday (Part-time also available).
- 1400 – 2200.
- 1x 30minute unpaid break.
- 2x 15minute paid breaks.
- Rate: £13.31 but TBC
Rotational shifts are available – Pay Rates to be agreed.
About the role:
Our client is a leading distributor of car tyres; supplying garages, dealerships, and retailers across the region. They are looking to recruit 2 hard-working warehouse operatives to join their teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Picking, and dispatching car tyres to meet daily delivery schedules.
- Loading and unloading deliveries using manual handling techniques and equipment.
- Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised.
- Working closely with drivers and warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of car tyres.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Right to work in the UK
- NOT a student (this is full time hours)
- Pass a Drug and Alcohol test
- Live local and able to drive
- Reach Licence/experience desirable but not required
