About You
Do you have experience in managing performance and reporting for large programmes of work?
Are you looking for a new challenge that will protect the environment and make a positive difference to communities?

- To lead and maintain an effective performance and reporting function for the Inland Salinity Programme to support successful delivery of the programme.
- To develop and maintain good programme management processes and ensure compliance with requirements both within the Mining Remediation Authority and the wider requirements of the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ).
- Lead a small team of Project Support officers to provide high standard of project administration, information management, and reporting function to the programme team.

About The Role
To provide a Performance and Reporting function to the Inland Saline Mine Water programme to ensure effective delivery of the programme, including:

- Lead all aspects of programme reporting into the Programme Delivery board, executive Programme Assurance Committee and sponsoring department (DESNZ), including the development and maintenance of dashboards to provide accurate project and programme insights.
- Establish and implement information management protocols for the programme, supporting the Mining Remediation Authority to align with ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 requirements.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and indicators, supporting teams to prepare programme performance reports.
- Lead the tracking, coordination of and reporting on both internal and external audits.
- Configuration Management – Establish and implement protocols to change the scope of new projects and/or programmes and update configuration documents as required.
