Warehouse Operative roles available working Monday to Friday for an award winning global document storage company in Kettering with good transport links, free parking onsite, ongoing work available with set hours!! PM Shifts Available!
Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday 1am-10pm
Pay Rate: £14.84 per hour
As Warehouse Operative you will be working in a warehouse environment in Kettering with responsibility for the following:
- General warehouse work
- Loading and unloading pallets of boxes with confidential items
- Palletizing and moving pallets with pump trucks
- Shrink wrapping and re-working pallets
- Scanning and processing the pallets on the system
- Taking cardboard waste out to bins
- Assisting with the container unloading
- You will be trained on the warehouse cleaning equipment such as ride on sweepers
- Physical work with manual handling involved
- A performance driven operation with tight deadlines
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience using a PPT (pump truck)
- Physically fit with ability to lift some heavy items
- Ability to work in a targeted environment
The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable employment/ education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client. This is free of charge as Meridian Business Support cover the cost.
