Summary
Own the project end-to-end with full accountability for delivery, quality, timelines, and financial outcomes.
Lead project planning activities including proposal development, effort estimation, and scope definition.
Build, onboard, and manage high-performing project teams; assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure successful delivery, deployment, and implementation in alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
Take full ownership of team performance within the project, including coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers while adhering to company policies, standards, and best practices across domain, service, and technology areas.
