Summary

​Equans is looking for a Senior Project manager to join our team on our contract with Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals on a permanent basis. You will be required to work across the different hospitals within the contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. What will you deliver?Manage the site delivery of all Fabric, M&E Lifecycle & Variation projects as part of the project delivery team on site, to manage site design, contract management, financial management, H&S, site management, snagging and hangover of every project, as requiredThis senior role is key to the EQUANS projects team to ensure the projects function is fully supported, the SPM will be responsible for defined area and provide management of a defined team of project reports (Site Managers & Project Co-ordinator). Demonstratable line Management skills (5 years>) will be required to ensure level of skill and experience is in place to take on affective management of a small teamThe SPM will need to be responsible and take direct ownership for All projects where there is risk to commercial, financial and H&S matters. Computer-literate (MS Office based Products: Excel, Word, Project & PowerPoint) with a sound knowledge of CAFM/estates and project management systemsHNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a building/construction or engineering disciplineAbility to show understanding of Local Authority legislation, Planning Applications, Fire and Building Regulations ApprovalsA sound knowledge of building and engineering services design and associated British StandardsA sound knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act, the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 and other relevant statutory requirements will be requiredValid driving licenceThis role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
