Summary
Gather and refine detailed role requirements, providing consultative guidance on job descriptions and hiring strategies.
Source high-quality IT talent using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and targeted headhunting.
Screen and evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit through structured interviews.
Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
Manage offer discussions, support salary negotiations, and oversee onboarding activities.
Ensure full compliance with UK employment regulations, including right-to-work checks and GDPR requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Share market insights on salary benchmarks, skill availability, and current hiring trends to support client decisions.
Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines and consistently deliver top IT talent within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
