The Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be the backbone of the classroom, working in partnership with dedicated teachers to foster an inclusive, engaging, and thriving learning environment. Whether you are leading a small group or providing vital one-on-one support, your presence will be key to student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Teaching: Partner with class teachers to deliver vibrant and effective lessons.

  • Targeted Support: Provide 1:1 or small group interventions for pupils requiring additional guidance.

  • SEN Provision: Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring tailored care and inclusion.

  • Classroom Dynamics: Maintain a positive learning atmosphere through proactive behaviour management.

  • Resource Management: Organise and prepare essential teaching materials and classroom displays.

  • School Community: Support school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings.

What We're Looking For
