The Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be the backbone of the classroom, working in partnership with dedicated teachers to foster an inclusive, engaging, and thriving learning environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Teaching: Partner with class teachers to deliver vibrant and effective lessons.

  • Targeted Support: Provide 1:1 or small group interventions for pupils requiring additional guidance.

  • SEN Provision: Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring tailored care and inclusion.
