Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Pay: £13.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑respected and growing car body repair workshop in Norwich, seeking a skilled Panel Beater / Vehicle Repair Technician / Welder to join their busy team.
This is an excellent temp‑to‑perm opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for long‑term stability and progression.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the repair and refitting of damaged vehicles, working to a high standard in a fast‑paced body shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repairing vehicle bodies, panels, and frames
- Panel beating, body repairs, and vehicle restoration work
- Welding and fabrication where required
- Refitting vehicle panels and components
- Safe and effective use of power tools and workshop equipment
- Working to deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Communicating effectively with other team members
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in panel beating, vehicle body repair, welding, or automotive repair
- Strong work ethic with the ability to learn, adapt, and develop new skills
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable timekeeping and a professional attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the work you will be doing
