Summary
Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – £13.50 per hour
The team splits their time between age-dedicated playrooms and a wonderful large outdoor space that is used throughout the day. Practitioners are expected to be actively involved in play, routines, observations, and planning, with time structured around children’s needs. This is a hands-on role where practitioners are trusted to run their key group confidently and contribute to the wider room routine.

What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development

What You’ll Do
- Act as key person for a group of children, supporting learning, care, and development
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
- Complete observations, assessments, and learning records accurately and on time
- Support daily routines including meals, sleep, and transitions
- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to keep rooms running smoothly
