Location: Henry Tyndale School, Farnborough & Aldershot Campuses Closing Date 18th February 2026 @ noon – Interview 6th March 2026 Start Date: As soon as possible The Role A Small Role That Makes a Life-Changing Difference We are seeking a warm, patient and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our caring team at our specialist school for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). This role is at the heart of our school day. You will support children at lunchtime with eating, communication, play and care, helping them to feel safe, understood and valued. No previous school experience is required — we value kindness, consistency and the right attitude above all else. Full training will be provided. The Role Includes: • Supporting pupils during lunch and playtime • Assisting with feeding and hydration • Supporting communication and social interaction • Providing calm, reassuring supervision • Working closely with teachers, support staff and therapists You will always be part of a well-supported team and never expected to manage complex needs alone.
