Salary: OHC&AT Outer London PayScale, Grade E, SP 20-25, Actual Salary: £28,046.25 - £30,592.06 (FTE £31,155.00 - £33,983.00) (Negotiated on appointment, depending on experience and qualifications.)

Satellite sites: North Kingston - Latchmere Road, North Kingston KT2 5TU.
Tolworth - School Lane, Surbiton, KT6 7QH
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks per year.
Dysart School is an Outstanding special school in Surbiton, providing education for pupils aged 4 to 19 with a range of severe and complex learning difficulties.
To help meet the growing demand for high-quality SEN provision in the borough, Dysart also operates three satellite sites located alongside local mainstream schools - creating inclusive opportunities and expanding access to specialist support.
Its main site, located in Surbiton, is bright and well equipped to support the development of its pupils, including Early Years classrooms with outdoor learning spaces, an onsite work-related learning kitchen, an accessible swimming pool, sensory room, soft play and adventure play areas, and clearly defined outside spaces that support pupils’ learning and self-regulation.

We are recruiting an experienced Finance & Data Coordinator to administer the finances of the school providing the most effective and efficient service to the school and the development of pupils, and to ensure all financial services are handled in accordance with regulations to a high level of efficiency and where necessary, confidentiality.

• Data Management (MIS) & Statutory Returns
• Data Protection & GDPR
• Audit, Governance & Continuous Improvement
Key Requirements:
Essential:
• GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Good understanding of financial administration processes such as purchase to pay, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Understanding of GDPR, confidentiality and data protection requirements.
• Competent user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities in a school environment.
• Experience in a financial or administrative role with responsibility for accuracy, record keeping and compliance.
• Experience reconciling transactions, processing invoices and managing supplier communications.
• Experience managing confidential information appropriately.
• Experience using databases or management information systems.
• Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with staff, families, suppliers and external agencies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
