Are you the kind of person who loves a plan, enjoys a challenge, and gets a real buzz from seeing a project go from “idea” to “WOW!”? Join Shaw Education Trust as a Project Manager and help deliver exciting building projects across our schools, including Special Schools, Primary Schools and High Schools.
You will have your own mini “school family” around 6 schools, so you will get to know the people, the sites and what matters to them, you will be their go-to person for making improvements happen.
And yes, you will design exciting, energetic safe spaces that inspire learning and make pupils and staff proud.
What you will be doing
Managing budgets, timelines, contractors and quality
Keeping schools and senior leaders in the loop with clear updates
Delivering safely and compliantly, with support from great systems and processes
Turning plans into real projects and real results!
You won’t be doing it alone
You will join a great established team, with strong support, clear processes and the right systems to make compliance and delivery smooth. Think of it like this… you will be part project wizard, part problem-solver, and part school space transformer.
If you love variety, teamwork, and want a job where your work is visible every single day, this is the role for you.
