Crynodeb
Provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for neonates within the acute neonatal unit and follow-up clinics. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, family-centred care. Act as a clinical expert and resource for neonatal occupational therapy within the Trust. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives through the Improving Together framework. Support and mentor junior staff and students, promoting best practice and professional development. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and Trust standards.
