About Us The Pharmacist Network Group is a leading private healthcare organisation partnering with Primary Care providers across the UK, in collaboration with Morph, we specialise in recruiting and employing clinical pharmacy professionals, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, who are placed into GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to enhance patient care and streamline practice operations. The Pharmacist Network currently employ over 250 clinicians across the UK and are continuing to grow. Our Morph organisation is a pharmacist managed and pharmacist led organisation with approaching 20 years of experience in supporting pharmacy professionals working in primary care. We offer a wide range of educational sessions, academies and our educational platform to help those working in Primary Care to progress their CPD while enhancing both their confidence and their competence, with over 16,000 members already on our network. Role Overview As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding high-quality pharmacy professionals to support our partner GP practices and PCNs. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll work closely with internal teams, clinical leads, and our remote colleagues to deliver a seamless and professional recruitment experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of recruitment experience, looking to grow in a supportive, ambitious environment that makes a real difference in healthcare. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles (pharmacists and pharmacy technicians) Create and post compelling job adverts across multiple channels Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and motivation Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers and clinical leads Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and updates Keep detailed and accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support onboarding and smooth transition of successful candidates to operations/clinical teams Collaborate effectively with both office-based and remote team members Contribute to improvements in recruitment process, systems, and candidate engagement About You Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (in-house or agency) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously Strong work ethic, with a dynamic, results-focused approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous experience with an ATS is advantageous Interest or background in healthcare recruitment is beneficial but not essential Confident using recruitment tools, technology, and databases What We Offer Be part of a purpose-driven organisation improving access to Primary Care Join a friendly and supportive team committed to professional excellence Competitive benefits including: 5 weeks annual leave (plus bank holidays) Pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for wellbeing support Opportunities for career development and learning.
