We are working closely alongside with Sutton Housing Partnership to assist with the appointment of a Cleaner, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £13.34 - £17.24 per hour
Summary:
The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented buildings and surrounding areas. The role involves general caretaking duties, cleaning, basic maintenance, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the premises, ensuring a high standard of service for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Carry out cleaning duties across communal areas, offices, and facilities
Ensure buildings and grounds are kept clean, safe, and secure at all times
Undertake basic maintenance and minor repairs where required
Carry out health and safety checks and report any hazards or defects
Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events
Manage waste disposal and recycling in line with procedures
Essentials:
Proven cleaning experience
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Reliable, flexible, and practical approach to work
Please note:
You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
