Our client, who is a leading, very well established and reputable Estate Agents based in Gloucester have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join their successful and hardworking team based at their central hub in Quedgeley.
This will be an extremely varied and crucial role; no two days are ever the same! The overall responsibility of the PA will be to contribute to the delivery of the company’s business plan by providing ongoing secretarial and administrative support to the Sales & Compliance Manager.
To be considered for this position, you will need to have administrative experience, be exceptionally organised with the capability to prioritise, and have the ability to communicate well at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
-Organising meetings for the Sales & Compliance Manager and maintaining their diary as required
-Producing meeting minutes as required
-Compiling and collating statistics as required (including staff holidays and sickness)
-Opening post, reviewing correspondence, prioritising and distributing to Directors and Sales Manager
-Dealing with enquiries and complaints to the Directors and Sales & Compliance Managers and taking initial action where possible and appropriate
-All ad-hoc secretarial and administration requirements instructed by the Directors

Candidate Attributes:
-Excellent administration skills with a strong attention to detail
-The ability to communicate well at all levels
-Computer literate with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise workload
-Reliable and committed
-A pleasant attitude with excellent customer service skills

Hours: Part Time, Monday to Friday, flexibility around exact working hours
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience
