Many pupils' learning is guided by EHCP outcomes, so you'll be joining teams that prioritise structure, consistency and high-quality provision.
Depending on your preferences, you could be teaching a small class or targeted groups, delivering personalised learning that supports academic progress, emotional regulation and independence. You will typically:

To be considered, you will need:
