We work with a wide network of special schools, SEND units, resource bases and inclusive mainstream provisions across Birmingham, supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, MLD, SLD and SEMH. Many pupils' learning is guided by EHCP outcomes, so you'll be joining teams that prioritise structure, consistency and high-quality provision.

Depending on your preferences, you could be teaching a small class or targeted groups, delivering personalised learning that supports academic progress, emotional regulation and independence. You will typically:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned to EHCP targets

Work closely with Teaching Assistants and SEN leadership teams

To be considered, you will need:

QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)

Experience teaching pupils with SEND in a UK school setting
