What You’ll Do

Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to support operational excellence.
Support the Credit Control Team Leader, providing on-the-ground insight and support within the Nottingham office and deputise when required, acting as the main point of contact for Credit Control queries, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements.
Analyse operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Successful candidates will have proven experience in senior-level operations with a strong focus on process optimisation. A proactive, energetic approach along with strong communication, stakeholder management abilities and excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Some experience or knowledge of credit control within insurance or financial services would be preferred.
