Electronics Application Technician
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Medical Insurance + Pension

A leading UK designer and manufacturer of advanced electronic power modules is looking for an Electronics Application Technician to support customers worldwide, develop technical documentation, and work closely with engineering teams on new and existing products.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly innovative business supplying technology into telecoms, IoT, industrial, AV, and security markets across more than 70 countries.
You'll be part of a small, collaborative, and technically strong team where your work directly impacts new product launches, customer success, and ongoing engineering innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Produce high‑quality documentation: datasheets, application notes, drawings, reference designs, etc.
- Create technical marketing content including brochures, flyers, and website material.
- Support engineers with product development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Attend international customer visits, demonstrations, and industry exhibitions.
- Build and deliver product demonstrations.
- Support new product launches and application development.
Requirements
- Several years' experience within the electronics industry.
- Degree, HND, or equivalent in Electronics Engineering (preferred).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a customer‑focused approach.
- Confident dealing with global customers.
- Ability to work within a small engineering team.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
