What you will be doing
As our Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide systems administration, technical support and continuous improvement of Historic England’s mission critical on-premises and cloud-based computing and hosting infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
As part of a highly skilled and motivated engineering team delivering IT infrastructure services, you will be experienced in a wide range of Microsoft enterprise and server infrastructure technologies. You will engage with customers through various channels, capturing incident and request information, maintaining tickets and providing customer updates.
