Job responsibilities Our Practice Manager has a key role in our Practice, leading and supporting the management of the organisation and all our patient and service pathways. The Practice Manager role will suit a motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. An open and approachable attitude and pragmatic approach to change will be well-received and welcomed in our organisation. We expect the practice manager to lead the team in promoting the following areas: - equality, diversity and inclusion -continuous quality improvement - CQC compliance -confidentiality -collaborative working -service delivery -learning and development -ensuring the organisation complies with UK legislation and both NHS and CQC regulations
