Your RoleAs a Relief Security Officer, you will provide a visible, professional security presence, protecting people, property and assets while delivering excellent customer service across different locations.
Key Responsibilities
-Follow site policies and Assignment Instructions
-Adapt quickly to new environments and site requirements
-Maintain compliance with industry standards and licensing
-Complete mandatory training and engage in further development
-Identify and report Health & Safety risks
-Monitor for suspicious activity and respond appropriately
-Accurately log incidents and complete reporting procedures
-Conduct scheduled check calls
-Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, emergency services and the Mitie Communications Centre
What We're Looking For
-Previous security experience
-Valid SIA licence (SC clearance desirable)
-Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
-Strong communication and attention to detail
-Calm, reliable and able to work under pressure
-Proactive mindset and sound decision-making skills
