Crynodeb
The Role: To support a man to access the community.
Main duties
• To take the client out on trips of his choosing
• To go out with him on shopping trips
• To explore other activities for him to participate in, including part-time work
• To encourage and assist with social activities
Personal Qualities and Attributes required:
• Previous experience of working with people with special needs desirable
• Driving license and car owner preferred
• Cheerful and resourceful
• Respectful of confidentiality and privacy
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Good communication skills and social skills
• Punctual, reliable and flexible
• Active and self-motivated
• Person centred, organised and adaptable
Hours: Around 10 hours a week available - Hours negotiable but might include time on a Monday, on a weekend or an evening. Some flexibility necessary.
Pay per hour: PAYE: £14.60 (week rate) - £15.23 (weekend rate)
Self-employed rate per hour: £23.50
Holidays: 5.6 weeks per year (pro rata) including Bank holidays.
