Overview
Brothers Drinks Co. Ltd is a leading name in the beverage industry, producing high-quality drinks enjoyed across the UK and beyond. We’re looking for a couple of motivated and reliable Process Operatives to join our production team and help blend and produce our iconic beverages.

Initially, the role will operate on an early shift from 6:00am–2:00pm. As operational requirements become clearer, shifts may change to late shifts (2:00pm–10:00pm) and may also include night shifts (10:00pm–6:00am).

Key Responsibilities:

Testing and analysing products to maintain quality standards
Loading and offloading road tankers
Weighing and lifting ingredients (up to 25kg)
Dissolving granular powders (sugar, citric acid, malic acid) using plant machinery
Cleaning tanks, equipment, and product lines (CIP)
Maintaining accurate production and stock records in Microsoft D365
Transferring beverages to filling lines, following CCPs and quality procedures
Ensuring correct stock rotation and keeping storage areas tidy
Handling chemicals safely with PPE, following COSHH guidelines
Supporting waste management processes (waste baler operation and bins)
Carrying out general cleaning duties to maintain GMP standards

What We’re Looking For:

Educated to secondary school level or equivalent
Good literacy, numeracy, and computer skills (MS Office experience preferred)
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent communication skills
Adaptable, self-motivated, and reliable
Ideally, experience in manufacturing (food and beverage industry a plus)
Forklift certification advantageous (training available)
Comfortable with manual handling (up to 25kg) and working at height
Willingness to work the assigned shift pattern
