Key Responsibilities
- Be the dedicated point of contact for external GovPass users and clients, communicating their needs back to the internal team.
- Define, implement and evaluate a stakeholder engagement plan to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged and enthused about the GovPass Service.
- Establish and build relationships with existing and new clients across different government departments, helping to build acceptance and support for GovPass change initiatives.
- Encourage adoption of GovPass at sites, working with users and local teams to maximise user benefits.
- Communicate and advocate GovPass feedback and recommendations from clients and users, acting as the customer voice to the internal team.
- Ensure user satisfaction is maintained and tracked accurately as GovPass continues to be rolled out.
- Collaborate closely with internal GPA teams to ensure proposed changes are developed simultaneously and communicated throughout.
