Your new company
Due to ongoing client growth, a new opportunity has arisen to work with a portfolio of agricultural clients supporting them with their accounting and tax needs. You will be based within one of the firm's Warwickshire/ Northamptonshire offices and will focus on finding solutions for your clients. This is an opportunity to join a large, growing, multi-office independent firm with a collaborative and supportive culture in a role offering great scope for future progression.


Your new role
In this position, you will be instrumental in developing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the wider success of the practice. You'll manage and build your client portfolio by providing accounting and tax planning advice and communicating regularly with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent levels of service are provided. You will review accounts and tax returns and will identify opportunities and find solutions for your clients. You'll have great scope to grow within your role and take on more responsibility and gain exposure to more complex work.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified UK practice accountant with good knowledge and practical experience of both accounts preparation and personal tax - ideally with experience supporting rural clients. You'll be adept at supporting business owners, managing and building great relationships and working with colleagues at all levels.
