The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and access learning in a way that suits their individual needs. You’ll support targeted interventions, follow behaviour support plans, and collaborate daily with teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists.
