£23-£25 per hour.

One of London's leading Facilities Maintenance organisations are looking for an immediate Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team.
This will be shift work 4 on 4 off nights and days 12 hour shifts.
This is an exciting opportunity with a clear progression path.
Day to duties will include:
- Monthly and weekly PPM's
- Working with a BMS system
- Changing filters on AHU's
- Coil cleans on FCU's
- Chiller checks
- Boiler resets
- Fire alarm testing
- Electrical fault finding
- Emergency light testing
- Belt changes
- Steam Boiler
- LTHW
- Pipework
Qualifications:
● Mechanical NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 required
