Job Title – Class 1 Day Driver
Location – Crick, Northamptonshire
Shift Availability – Monday to Friday
Start times between 08:00 – 12:00
Contract – Long term ongoing
Logistics Support Network in association with Driver Resource are currently seeking to recruit Class 1 Day shift drivers to work on an ongoing basis for our Client based at Crick, Northamptonshire.
Job role will include:
General haulage deliveries to Client’s customers
A to B collections 2/3 per shift - a delivery beforehand on rare occasions
Some of the postcodes covered: OX, TF, NN, CV, SN.
Approx 10-12 hours per day
PAYE holiday accrual rates:
Monday – Friday: £16.81
Overtime rate after 45 hours: £20.05
UMBRELLA rates:
Monday – Friday: £21.47
Overtime rate after 45 hours: £25.63
The successful HGV Class 1 Driver will be required to have the following:
6 months minimum experience required
Flexible attitude to work
HGV/LGV C+E Licence, CPC card & Digi card
High vis & Safety boots
Clean & professional appearance
No more than 6 points on your licence
- No DR or IN conviction codes
Must have a good understanding of English and be a good communicator, paperwork
involved.
