Crynodeb
Thorn Baker FM are looking for an experienced Cleaner supervisor to join our clients team based in Marlborough. Do you have cleaning supervisor experience? Are you wanting a new challenge? Are wanting a step up into a supervisor role?
This position is based at a well-known retail store where they have small team cleaners based at site. You will be provided all the training, cleaning equipment, support and opportunities to grow!
Key details:
Monday - Sunday (Wednesday off)

05.00am - 08.00am

Cleaner Supervisory experience is essential
•
£13 per hour, weekly pay
•
Temp to Perm opportunity at 10 weeks
Job requirements:
• To supervisor a small team of cleaners - ensuring they are completing their cleaning duties to a high standard and support in any areas that require improvement
• Completing training, inductions and audits on new / current staff
• Liaise with the client on site - strong communication, team player and ensuring all needs are met to a high standard
• Complete paperwork such as audits, return to works, training models, rotas, health and safety, day to day paperwork
• Get invovled with cleaning duties if and when required
• Support the team if / when any sickness or holiday occurs.
Ideal Candidate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience of cleaner supervisor
• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH legislation
• Flexible with working hours when required
