Crynodeb
Main Duties & Responsibilities To develop and deliver clinical pharmacy services in CRHT to nationally approved standards in conjunction with the CRHT pharmacists, technician and pharmacy team thereby ensuring safe and appropriate use of medicines in order tomaximise benefit and minimise risk.
