The successful candidate will carry out a range of basic plumbing duties, including diagnosing and repairing minor leaks, blockages, and drainage issues, installing and maintaining taps, toilets, pipework, and associated fixtures, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with relevant regulations.

They will be expected to respond promptly to maintenance requests, identify potential problems before they escalate, and maintain accurate records of work completed. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service are essential.
