Assistant Garage Manager / Admin Support Required in Dorking, Surrey
- Pay: £36,000 - £40,000 Basic DOE
- Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Key duties of the Assistant Garage Manager:
- Assist the workshop controller in daily workshop operations
- Ensure vehicles are quality checked and presented to the workshop staff at the appropriate times
- Oversee that cars are completed, correctly parked, and taken off-site as required
- Prepare job cards and organise workshop workflows efficiently
- Support a team of approximately 15 technicians to ensure smooth productivity and workshop flow
Requirements:
- Proven experience in workshop or workshop support roles, ideally within a dealership environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and steady operator, with a focus on maintaining workshop standards
- Ability to work well within a team and support workshop operations
- No specific qualifications or certifications are mandatory, but experience with workshop processes is essential
